What is The VoiceLine?

The VoiceLine is a phone service that is an alternative to your traditional phone company. It allows you to use a telephone and broadband Internet connection anywhere in the world to make and receive calls. Since calls route through the Internet, the costs are less and the rates are lower.

The VoiceLine includes great calling features such as VoiceMail, call waiting, caller ID, 3-way calling, and call forwarding.

The VoiceLine can be used worldwide. The VoiceLine provides you with a phone number, which can be a local U.S. phone number, a U.S. toll-free number, or a U.K. toll-free number. You can choose the type of number you have, regardless of where you live. See how your VoiceLine number can allow your friends and family to call you for less. To use The VoiceLine, you need to have:

An InnoMedia MTA 3328-2RE Internet Router (available locally or from this site) A broadband Internet connection (DSL, cable, T1, or satellite)  A telephone (cordless or wired)

You can call anywhere in the world with The VoiceLine. Out-of-plan and overage calls are charged to your Reserve Funds.

The VoiceLine Pay-As-You-Go Calling Plan

You pay per-minute rates for your inbound and outbound calls. Simply add funds to your The VoiceLine account in denominations of $5, $10, $20, $25, $50, or $100 and make calls.

• Inbound calls with a local U.S. phone number are 2.9 cents a minute
• Inbound calls with a toll-free number are 7cents a minute
• VoiceMail is .99 cents a month and all other calling features are FREE
• The VoiceLine-to-The VoiceLine calls are 2.9 cents a minute
• Your prepaid Reserve Funds will never expire as long as you make or receive at least one call every 120 days

The VoiceLine is more than just great low rates. By using The VoiceLine, you can help your friends and family lower their phone bills. You can choose a toll-free or local number in the U.S. or a toll-free number in the U.K. -- no matter where you reside. Your U.S. or U.K. phone number works wherever you connect your The VoiceLine service into a broadband connection.

Regardless of the country in which you set up your The VoiceLine service, when someone dials your phone number, your The VoiceLine-connected phone rings. For example, if you choose a U.S. phone number and set up your service in Japan, when someone dials your phone number it rings in your home in Japan. Anyone who calls you from the U.S. saves money because the call is priced as a U.S. call instead of a call to Japan.

Managing your account online

You can log into the The VoiceLine account center for a summary of your account, recent calls, and recent transactions. You can also listen to your VoiceMail messages, manage your feature settings, and update your account information.

Getting started

To get started with The VoiceLine, you need a broadband Internet connection, an InnoMedia 3328-2RE Internet Router (which you purchase through VoiceLine International Inc.  or locally where available), a The VoiceLine account.

Setup is simple. Plug your phone into your telephone adapter and then plug the adapter into your broadband router -- when you pick up the phone, you will hear a dial tone!
